RA Dickey RA Dickey may be a Toronto Blue Jays now, but Mets fans certainly know how special they are to this brainy knuckleballer. On countless occasions, Dickey acknowledged the Citi-Field faithful, who he felt were always a part of his success. While Blue Jays fans probably are aware of his charity works, they will soon find they have a role model taking the mound each week. Thank you RA for being someone that we all can admire. |

Clayton Kershaw Like Dickey, Clayton Kershaw has become synonymous with his charity work. Kershaw and his wife Ellen have done impressive things with their charity Kershaw’s Challenge. But fans are impressed with his skill on the field and for understanding that ‘what you do off the field’ matters most in this world. |

David Ortiz David Ortiz’s smile is almost enough to make him worthy of any award with the word friendly in it. But, Boston fans know that over the years, David Ortiz has done so much, both on and off the field, to make them love him. Big Papi has his own charity, the David Ortiz Children’s Fund and through it has made connections with children in both the Dominican Republic and the greater Boston area. Thanks David for using your name to help others. |

Michael Young Michael Young has long shown himself to be selfless when it comes to his team by changing positions to allow for others to play. But Texas fans love him for more than that. His interaction with fans in the community earned him loyalty that is rarely seen in baseball today. Michael Young will be missed by Texas fans when he suits up for the Phillies this year. |
