OK, that headline isn’t quite accurate.  Really, Felix Doubront took the mound last night for the Boston Red Sox and pitched to the guy that had been his single-A Manager, Gabe Kapler.  If you don’t remember, Kapler had retired a few years back to become a minor league manager for the Boston Red Sox.  After one season, he quite and returned to playing and signed a contract with the Tampa Bay Rays, who he currently plays for.  Doubront had been one of his pitchers with the Greenville Drive.  Kapler went 0 for 1 with 2 walks.
