Joba Rules, Hughes Rules and Mike Leake Rules?

It seems the Yankees are not the only team that limits the number of innings for a young starting pitcher, though you would think that with all the fuss over the past two season.  It turns out that Cincinnati is planning on limiting their young phenom Mike Leake beginning over the next few weeks so that he too only totals about 170 innings at seasons end.  He is already slightly over 89 innings thrown, so the Reds plan on giving him extra days off between starts during this period going into the All-Star break.  But the plan- well, Dusty Baker isn’t sharing it just yet- just like the Yankees don’t often share their plans for their young pitchers.  Funny how the number of reporters around a story make a difference in how the story is portrayed.
