I’m a little under the weather today, a bad reaction to some sinus medicine, and more sinus problems.  While I try to pull together a few more piece, I wanted to throw up two that are kinda interesting- that most of my readers wouldn’t normally see.

First, David Wells is entering the Hall of Champions, which, I believe, is a Hall of Fame type thing in the greater San Diego area.  This Chris Jenkins piece is a nice conversation filled with background and anecdotes- if you like boomer, you will like to hear what he has to say.

Second, Cal Ripken could be a model for Joe Mauer. They even have shared the same agent.  Read more in this Kelsie Smith piece.
