Yesterday I threw up a piece about how good Joh Beckett was in the clubhouse, and how this year could very well be about his next contract.  Today, Josh Beckett speaks aout it himself- and he says some interesting things- some taken from Al Leiter- but overall sounds like a healthy attitude.  He doesn’t want to sign a contract now, since it would be lower than if he goes out and has a terrific season this season.  This Steve Silva shares Becketts point of view.
