This is going to be short and sweet.  He’s better than any other option the team had.  His numbers won’t look as good at Citi-Field, and his defense will be adequate assuming we get Carlos Beltran back in Carlos Beltran form.  If not, then his defense won’t look so hot.  He solves a big hole though, and from all reports he is likable as a teammate.  David Wright, Jeff Francoeur and Jason Bay will all look like they are related too.
