Spring Training Site Rankings

So, since I have now been to all of the spring training sites, I thought I would take this chance to rank them 1-30.

These are my personal rankings, in order of where I would prefer to watch a game.  Please note that  when you move out of the top 5 and until you get to the bottom 6 there is only marginal difference between any single ranking.  Some might have been dropped a little lower because the food choices weren’t as good, or because the ushers weren’t as friendly.  Sometimes its the type of seats available, the cost or how distant the players might be.  As the week goes on, I will do a little write-up about each, starting with the bottom 5 and working my way up.  Nonetheless, here is my rankings- sans write-ups.  That will give you a chance to tell me I’m nuts, before you hear my reasoning.

Just a note to this old post, #17, #24 and #26 are no longer being used. #22 Ed Smith now hosts the Baltimore Orioles, which have overseen some improvements. Don’t hesitate to disagree with me.

This list does not include the new Colorado/Arizona ballpark that opens this spring.
