Again, there will be a longer post here later in the day, but just think that getting this up is key info.  Ruben Amaro Jr. will be named (officially) the new GM of the World Champion Phillies.  The Phillies current Scouting Director, Mike Arbuckle, the one responsible for all their home grown talent seen in World Series, resigned.  Both of these two have been up for just about every GM job in the past 3-4 years, and its kind of a shame that Seattle felt the need to hire before the Phillies finished playing and could turn their attention to this announcement.  Paul Hagen has the details.  Expect Arbuckle to be snapped up quickly.
