Took yesterday off in celebration of my birthday.  A quick look around the major leagues and there were a few others celebrating too.   Joe Crede,  Kosuke Fukodome, Alejandro Machado, Mike Wood, Geof Blum all flipped a year on their personal calendars.  Hack Wilson is the only Hall of Famer born on April 26th, and perhaps the most famous from my youth is Amos Otis and Mike Scott, though neither is that impressive.  Guess April 26 yields the steady role player type, more then the All Star.
