Today, I was lucky enough to see Dontrelle Willis and Eric Bedard face off. Bedard seemed to be in mid-season form, throwing several breaking pitches which one usually doesn’t see until late in spring training.  Dontrelle Willis started off throwing at less then full effort but quickly moved into his normal stage.  There were some other good pitchers we got to see, as well as nearly both teams starting line-ups.  Tejada looked bad at the plate, in my opinion, but the Orioles in-field looked quite good.  Chris Ray, one of the bullpen keys was throwing hard.  The Marlins had a couple of guys that were fun to watch pitch, though they are quite young.
